What You'll Be Doing
- Leads the development of category strategies, multi-year roadmaps, and opportunity pipelines across assigned spend categories.
- Manages complex negotiations for Master Sourcing Agreements, pricing structures, scopes of work, NDA's, and amendments.
- Leads end-to-end RFP and bidding processes, ensuring high-quality specifications, competitive events, and timely execution.
- Leads strategic relationships with suppliers, including 3rd party logistics partners, transportation providers, parcel carriers, and contract driver vendors.
- Oversees tracking, validation, and reporting of savings, program compliance, and supplier performance.
- Manages cross-functional interactions with Operations, Finance, Safety, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing processes, tools, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or related analytical fields.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, Sage) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.
