Skill Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing for Marketing
- Demonstrated capabilities of leading sourcing projects, contract negotiations and authoring, and driving savings/value
- Strong relationship-building, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, motivational, and influencing skills; coordination across related disciplines and with key stakeholders
- Experience coordinating teams, collecting insights, and constructively challenge internal stakeholders with conventional thinking
- Understanding of multi-step strategic sourcing processes, sourcing tools, and strategies
Responsibilities
- Lead indirect sourcing initiatives for Marketing, including building successful sourcing strategies, driving strategic improvements, and delivering on operational targets, savings goals, and business strategies
- Conduct total cost modeling and sensitivity/scenario analysis to help team members understand trade-offs and benefits to multiple outcomes
- Assist with the analysis and planning for various components of indirect spend categories to ensure operational success and results
- Use sourcing tools to support departmental efforts to refine and improve procurement processes and policies
- Develop and manage relationships with business stakeholders and provide regular project status updates
- Partner with multiple corporate functions (e.g., Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Legal, etc.) as part of your sourcing projects and related activities
- Review, revise, and negotiate contract language
- Absorb and manage supplier relationship activities (e.g., regular business reviews, vendor score carding, etc.)

The salary range for this position is between $94,000 to $122,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
