Sr. Strategic Sourcing Lead, Marketing

What You'll Brew

You will develop and execute category management and strategic sourcing strategies to drive value and business growth.

You will analyze industry trends and supply markets to identify risks and strategic opportunities.

• Lead sourcing events (Request for Information, Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal) and contract negotiations to optimize Total Cost of Ownership.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, including performance tracking through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, draft Statements of Work, and implement sourcing initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including Master Service Agreements and amendments.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve procurement systems, policies, and processes.
• Track, report, and validate cost savings and future opportunities.

Ingredients You'll Bring

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; 6+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or related fields; experience leading sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and supplier management initiatives; strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market intelligence; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI); demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Preferred Qualifications: MBA or other graduate degree; strong program and project management capabilities; experience leading organizational or process change initiatives.

Pay

The salary range for this role is between $93,000 and $147,000. However, the starting point within this range is dependent on the candidate's related experience, skillset, and location.
