Strategic Sourcing Category Specialist
Job Summary
Cintas is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Category Specialist to assist Strategic Sourcing Leaders with prospecting, relationship building and program setup with suppliers in order to uphold Cintas' value propositions.
Responsibilities
- Execute and administer RFQ and RFP processes with suppliers in accordance with government, corporate and division policies in order to provide product consistent with, or better than, the cost and scheduler needs of Cintas.
- Support Category Managers in qualifying suppliers of Cintas products either for internal or contracted manufacturing or sourced for distribution to Cintas' customers.
- Work within the requirements of the development process and calendar of development.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Two (2) years' supply chain and/or garment experience preferred

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $59,400 - $75,900/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
