What You'll Do
- Lead strategic sourcing and category management for assigned Logistics categories.
- Develop and execute category strategies that improve cost, service, supplier performance, and business continuity.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing events, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
- Build strong supplier relationships and drive performance through ongoing collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
- Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risk.
- Present sourcing recommendations and market insights to key stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen procurement processes and category performance.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, logistics, or supply chain. Experience leading or supporting RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier negotiations, and sourcing projects. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with ERP systems or procurement platforms.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing category strategies and leading sourcing initiatives. Logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain procurement experience. Experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations. Manufacturing or industrial industry experience.
Pay & Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $90,000-$100,000. In addition to your salary, H.B.
