Strategic Sourcing and Contracts System Director
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The text includes many sentences separated by periods. We can treat each bullet as a list item. The content includes sections: Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, Contract Negotiation & Management, Financial Performance & Savings, Supplier Strategy and Innovation, Leadership & Team Development, Performance Management & Reporting. Those could be headings? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those standard headings. Not necessarily use the exact headings from posting; we should use those generic headings if applicable. For responsibilities we have "What you will do in this role includes:" which is responsibilities. So we can put that under
Responsibilities
with a- list.
Qualifications: The posting has "What qualifications you will need:" then list of qualifications. So we can put under
Qualifications
with- .
Benefits: There's a Benefits section describing benefits. So we can put under
Benefits
with- (or maybe
for prose). The benefits description includes multiple items separated by commas and semicolons. We'll break into list items. Also there is mention of incentive eligible. Could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate note. Could be included as a
under Benefits or as a separate line. Since it's not a standard heading, we could include as a
before Benefits: "This position is incentive eligible." Also there is mention of location: "Based in the Atlanta area". That could be part of About the role or Job Summary. We could include under
About the role
maybe. But we have Job Summary content; we could put that underAbout the role
as prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not put the title. We must not include metadata like Job ID. Not present. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Learn More About Employee Benefits", "Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location." Also remove paragraphs about HealthTrust GPO etc. Also remove the quote about "Good people beget good people." and the HCA Healthcare recognition, charitable care stats, "We are a family 270,000 dedicated professionals! Our Talent Acquisition team is reviewing applications..." etc. Also remove "We are an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Submit your resume today..." etc. Also remove "In today's challenging business environment..." etc. All that is boilerplate or promotional. We need to preserve ALL substantive information. Substantive info includes: incentive eligible, location Atlanta, job summary responsibilities, qualifications, benefits details. Also maybe the mention of HCA Healthcare commitment $300 million? That's substantive about organization investment. Should we keep? It's part of opening paragraph: "HCA Healthcare has committed up to $300 million in programs to support our incredible team members over the course of three years." That's substantive about benefits/investment. Could be included under Benefits or About the role. We'll keep it. Also the line "At HealthTrust, a division of HCA, you come first." That's substantive about culture. Keep. Thus we need to craft HTML with sections: -About the role
