Job Summary
As part of the Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS) organization, a Strategic Sourcer builds and executes all candidate generation strategies and partners with Recruiters and hiring managers through the process. The key focus for you as a Strategic Sourcer is to deeply understand the business, roles and market by executing sourcing strategies that focus on passive candidates, with an emphasis on pace and quality.
Responsibilities
- Leverage a top tier tech Sourcing tech stack to identify and engage leads across multiple lines of business
- Build talent pipelines for key skill sets and capabilities to proactively provide talent to hiring teams to expedite the hiring process
- Act as key point of contact for interested leads and candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Partner with the onsite ITS Team to provide input and execute sourcing strategy to attract the best talents the industry has to offer
- Experiment with creative and innovative sourcing strategies to understand and engage the talent market
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting and funnel metrics
- Work closely with internal partners including Talent Branding and TA Pathways team on campaigns and initiatives to increase diversity and brand awareness in the market
- Proactively source and outreach talent projects as assigned
- Pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with Equinix workforce plan
- Drive conversion from passive to active by positive presenting Equinix in the market
- Outline Equinix market position, and build external candidates’ knowledge of opportunity fit, level, and compensation structure
- Be authentic with external talent and make exploring opportunities with Equinix both now and in the future
Qualifications
- Extensive Talent Acquisition Sourcing experience across several lines of business and geographies
- Experience in technology or start up sector
- Experience in a full-life cycle, research or pure sourcing role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to tell a story
- Strong communication skills, excellent relationship building skills and working with urgency
Pay Range
The targeted pay range for this position in the following locations is:
- Canada - Toronto Office: $81,000 - $121,000 CAD / Annual
- United States - Dallas Infomart Office: $90,000 - $136,000 USD / Annual
