About the role

As Strategic Regional Sales Account Leader - Northeast Region at RefrigiWear, you will drive strategic impact by expanding revenue across a high-potential territory through ownership of key B2B relationships. This role exists to turn complex customer needs into practical, protect-the-workforce solutions that our customers value and employees need to be safe and productive in harsh environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned regional/national accounts across the Northeast; build durable, executive-level partnerships
  • Uncover expansion opportunities, win reorders, and introduce new products through solution-based selling
  • Run onsite and virtual meetings, including presentations and product demonstrations
  • Own account planning, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and documentation in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve delivery questions and escalations while protecting the customer experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years direct B2B sales; PPE/industrial product experience strongly preferred
  • Cold-chain/warehouse/distribution knowledge; strong territory and account management
  • Experience working with a CRM and utilizing data to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Clear communication, high autonomy, and disciplined organization

Pay

  • Competitive base salary with monthly and annual match bonus opportunity

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 9-5
  • Flexibility to accommodate travel and customer demands
