Strategic Projects Lead

About the role

We're looking for a strategic project lead to partner directly with the CEO to shape and scale the company’s core function: recruiting. You will work with our largest customers to understand and solve their needs. You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.

Responsibilities

• Cook up and deliver our highest-value projects to customers worth millions of dollars.
• Work with the CEO to drive important business decisions.
• Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform.
• Ensure execution under demanding timelines.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Background in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.
• Excited by “gritty” process optimization and large-scale execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Compensation Range: $120K - $160K
