The Role
The Strategic Projects Lead will own multiple, long-term healthcare projects that drive the business forward and impact the customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end execution of internal and external projects that consider national and state requirements.
- Ruthlessly prioritizing tasks to ensure alignment with company needs.
- Building consensus among stakeholders to ensure Metriport's goals are met within regulatory constraints.
- Thinking ahead to identify potential issues and prevent them from becoming problematic.
- Solving complex problems with multiple constraints, using sound judgment and data-driven narratives.
- Translating product knowledge into project requirements and considerations.
- Managing project ownership, including setting priorities and ensuring alignment with the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management, business operations, or MBB consulting experience.
- 3+ years of experience within healthcare interoperability.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage projects effectively.
- Familiarity with regulated industries and significant governance requirements.
- Comfortable taking on ambiguous objectives and executing efficiently.
- Knowledge of finance, data, compliance, and engineering to ask informed questions and involve relevant stakeholders.
Location
Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate) to work from our South Beach office.
