Strategic Projects Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will drive enterprise-level planning and execution across multi-year and annual cycles, translating long-range strategy into actionable priorities. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives that advance digital transformation while helping align funding, goals, and operational execution. This position requires strong program leadership, the ability to synthesize complex strategy into clear plans, and close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. The work will directly support mission-focused outcomes within a highly technical and regulated environment.
