About Reducto

Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. The company provides a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in‑house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows. Reducto has grown rapidly, increasing revenue 8× year over year, partnering with hundreds of companies—including AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, as well as enterprise customers across FAANG and top trading firms—and raised over $100 M from investors such as a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital.

Role Summary

Reducto is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to serve as the GTN team’s highest‑leverage operator. The role focuses on initiatives that lack an owner, playbook, or clear shape—new enterprise motions, data‑quality programs, partnership pilots, and other critical projects. Reporting directly to Reducto’s leadership, you will own each project end‑to‑end, from scoping through execution, and hand it off once it has a sustainable home. The position is in‑person at the San Francisco, CA or New York, NY office.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as operator and de facto owner for Reducto’s highest‑priority special initiatives, driving each from ambiguous starting point to measurable outcome.
  • Partner directly with the executive team on shifting priorities such as new GTM motions, partnership pilots, enterprise escalations, data or quality programs, and new product initiatives.
  • Design 0‑to‑1 workflows and processes: define standards for “done,” distinguish acceptable work from unacceptable, and identify edge cases before they become fires.
  • Drive cross‑functional execution across Engineering, Product, GTM/Sales, and Operations—aligning people around outcomes without formal authority.
  • Build dashboards, reporting, and lightweight analytics to track progress, surface bottlenecks, and make data‑backed prioritization cases.
  • Identify inefficiencies within projects, simplify or automate them without sacrificing quality, and transition mature systems to the owning team.
  • Prepare crisp updates and briefings for executive leadership, customers, or partners as needed.
  • Run multiple concurrent projects, quickly context‑switching and operating with incomplete information.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4–8 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or BizOps at SaaS companies, with a track record of standing up a GTM/RevOps function from scratch or near‑zero.
  • Deep hands‑on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot, including building objects, lifecycle stages, automation, routing, and permissions from first principles.
  • Strong analytical rigor: modeling, diagnosis, and explanation skills; ability to build forecasts trusted by GTM and Finance, design compensation models, and turn raw signals into clear answers for leadership.
  • Technical comfort working directly with raw data, building dashboards and tools, and partnering with engineering and data teams when custom solutions are required.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with GTM leaders, Finance, Product, and Engineering to translate ambiguous business needs into operational scaffolding.
  • Low ego, high ownership mindset: proactively identify operational gaps, ship solutions before being asked, and bias toward automation and simplification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of briefing executives clearly and quickly.
  • Builder mindset: default to building the right solution rather than reaching for off‑the‑shelf options, with the technical chops to back it up.

Bonus Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in a high‑intensity operational, consulting, banking, or startup 0‑to‑1 role, with a track record of owning ambiguous, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative ability, comfortable working directly with data (SQL, Python, or equivalent) to find, prove out, and ship solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset energized by building something out of nothing rather than waiting for a playbook.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functionally without formal authority.
  • Bias toward speed and action, with genuine comfort handling scope changes on short notice.

Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO
  • Free daily lunch with teammates at the office
  • Reimbursed transportation expenses (receipt‑based)
  • Generous health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health and wellness budget up to $150 / month for gym memberships, fitness classes, etc.
  • Parental leave with flexible scheduling
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a 4 % match
