About the role

Drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter within an operationally complex logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery
• Translate ambiguous strategies into actionable plans and schedules
• Produce high-quality program documentation like charters and status reports
• Lead consultative discussions with stakeholders to define successful program processes
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions proactively
• Drive clarity and engage stakeholders through effective communication strategies
• Evaluate and innovate processes using AI-powered tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in program/project management, leading complex enterprise programs
• Experience managing concurrent workstreams and diverse stakeholders
• Strong executive-level communication skills for concise reporting
• Proven analytical skills for driving program outcomes
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance delivery
• Proficient in collaboration/platform tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft 365

Pay

$101,500 – $169,100 annually
