About the Opportunity

The Program Manager, Strategic Projects is responsible for leading the planning and execution of key marketing initiatives that align with corporate objectives. This role ensures coordination across teams, drives operational improvements in marketing processes, and facilitates alignment among stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple high-priority marketing projects aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, and tracking tools to ensure progress and organization.
• Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and marketing leadership to promote collaboration and decision-making.
• Identify and address complex dependencies and risks across projects.
• Adapt to changing priorities and help teams maintain focus and alignment.
• Evaluate and improve marketing operations through workflow and governance enhancements.
• Provide clear updates and roadmaps on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate with teams to remove obstacles and clarify next steps.

Requirements

• Experience managing cross-functional marketing projects.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in cross-team collaboration and relationship building.
• Proactive communication and meeting leadership abilities.
• Aptitude for process mapping and continuous improvement.
• 3-6 years of project or program management experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or equivalents.

Pay

Base salary range: $106,900—$169,100 USD; in select locations, $128,200—$202,700 USD.
