Job Summary

Strategic Project Management position available at Lenovo, Morrisville, NC. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale projects
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA)

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with project risk management and mitigation
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, closing)
