Strategic Project Lead, Finance Expertise

Remote full-time role focused on leading finance-domain AI training projects for top AI Lab customers.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied.
• Manage complex, finance-specific data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead teams of Human Data Managers and Leads reviewing work from finance subject-matter experts.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs on high-impact, large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize KPIs for finance-driven workflows.
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.
• Report directly to the CEO and Head of Human Data.

Requirements

• Exceptional soft skills and stakeholder management, particularly with senior finance domain experts.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or strong exposure to financial systems and data.
• 2+ years in a leadership role driving operational processes, managing large-scale or finance-heavy data projects, or optimizing complex workflows.
• Passion for building from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies, and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments.

Pay

Base salary range: $180,000 – $230,000 USD. Eligible for equity compensation and performance-based bonuses.
