Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisors and strategic partners to pillar leaders by proactively resolving blockers and delivering targeted solutions.
  • Develop standard mechanisms and goals that drive organizational alignment and operational excellence.
  • Support end-to-end talent strategy execution including hiring coordination and resource management.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with fellow engineers and managers across teams and organizations to reach outcomes that deliver on customer promise and optimize GES NA network.

Requirements

  • High degree of organization – SPMs must have organizational acumen in order to manage and prioritize scope.
  • Dealing with Ambiguity & Strategic Problem Solving – Handle situations that are not fully explained or understood, and find creative, outside the box solutions as workarounds to solve problems.
  • Written and Verbal Communication – Articulate in both written and verbal formats, writing documents and presentations that are reviewed by leadership and senior leadership.
  • Business & Data Analytics – Leverage data and business insights to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Program/Product Management – Rely on program management experience to lead, coordinate, and drive programs (and products) to completion.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field.
  • Experience developing operational processes and data insights.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Experience in process engineering, strategic planning, program management, or business operations roles supporting engineering or technical organizations.
  • Experience building and maintaining business reporting frameworks, dashboards, or KPI tracking systems.

$74,200.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually
