Strategic Planning Program Manager, Global Engineering Services North America

Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisors and strategic partners to pillar leaders by proactively resolving blockers and delivering targeted solutions.
- Develop standard mechanisms and goals that drive organizational alignment and operational excellence.
- Support end-to-end talent strategy execution including hiring coordination and resource management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with fellow engineers and managers across teams and organizations to reach outcomes that deliver on customer promise and optimize GES NA network.
- Work with a variety of roles including technical program managers, design and controls engineers, and operations engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Experience in process engineering, strategic planning, program management, or business operations roles supporting engineering or technical organizations.
- Experience building and maintaining business reporting frameworks, dashboards, or KPI tracking systems.
- 50% travel on a yearly basis.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field, knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL, experience in process engineering, strategic planning, program management, or business operations roles supporting engineering or technical organizations, experience building and maintaining business reporting frameworks, dashboards, or KPI tracking systems.
- Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience, experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level, experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes, experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferred, experience in complex cross-functional change management.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
