Strategic Planning & Operations Sr Mgr

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a life sciences environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and operational support to the VP and senior leadership team
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
• Serve as a trusted advisor on portfolio and investment decisions
• Manage execution of departmental strategy and cross-functional priorities
• Own agenda planning and coordination for leadership meetings
• Drive leadership team effectiveness and cross-functional alignment
• Lead high-priority special projects focused on organizational design and operational improvement

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, or consulting, or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years
• MBA or advanced degree in strategy, management, or related field preferred
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, or AI/data-driven organizations is advantageous
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, and judgment skills required
• Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives with agility

Pay

$137,340 – $185,813 annually
