About the role
The Corporate Global Business Development Office is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support the enterprise’s international growth objectives. This position will support development of international focus country strategies, strategic assessments of key international markets, competitors, and partnerships, and provide analysis that supports senior executive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support development of international focus country strategies
- Support strategic assessments of key international markets, competitors, and partnerships
- Provide analysis that supports senior executive decisions
- Support the integration and coordination of the CGBDO strategic planning process with sector counterparts and enterprise functions
- Support wide-ranging global enterprise business development initiatives for the Chief Global Business Development Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience equivalent OR Master’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience equivalent for Level 3
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years’ experience equivalent OR Master’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years’ experience equivalent for Level 4
Qualifications
- Experience in business strategy development and strategic planning
- Leveraging data analytic techniques to generate business insights
- Analyzing at least one or more of the following; Annual operating plans / long-range strategic plans, Sales/Pipeline forecasts and/or international defense budget and market analysis/forecasting
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with an ability to distill complex, multi-faceted data and information into succinct executive-level briefs
- Demonstrated ability to take initiatives and pursue hypotheses analytically
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral, including the ability to generate written and briefing material to communicate to stakeholders at all levels
- Able to work requisite hours to support executive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to operate independently, dynamically manage priorities, and thrive in a multi-disciplinary, highly collaborative team environment
- A high level of proficiency with standard project management and Microsoft Office productivity software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Benefits
- Basic Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00 for Level 3
- Secondary Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00 for Level 4
