About the role
Provide strategic planning and programming support for the MCICOM facilities portfolio. Translates facilities requirements, mission priorities, engineering needs, and financial execution data into defensible planning products, investment strategies, FYDP inputs, and POM issue papers. At MCB Quantico, this position supports the dedicated facilities and environmental planning cell under PWS Task 4.7.2. CSS performs assigned services as a subcontractor to CTC. Planning and programming activities are performed within the assigned Quantico subcontract scope, with products coordinated through CSS and CTC for final Government review and Master Planner approval
