About the role

The Enterprise Strategic People Partner serves as a strategic partner who drives talent and business outcomes while delivering effective enterprise business line support. This position uses HR expertise and best practices to execute plans across the full employee lifecycle, focusing on enterprise initiatives and sustaining solutions with minimal risks and supervision. The role ensures high-quality HR Business Partner service delivery through collaboration with stakeholders, shared services partners, and HR centers of excellence. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work 4 days a week, with one work-from-home day per week.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with business executives, leaders, and their teams to develop business strategies that boost productivity and expansion.
  • Understands performance management and analyzes performance metrics on employee retention and experience to improve business outcomes.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends in employee relations, internal transfers, performance management, corrective actions, and employee separations; makes recommendations to HR Leadership regarding interventions to address talent concerns and retention.
  • Identifies employee-related, legal, and/or compliance risks and escalates analysis and proposed solutions to the Director of Talent Management.
  • Establishes and maintains collaborative, credible, and trusting relationships with individuals across a broad range of internal and external groups to demonstrate HR as a consistent, knowledgeable, and trusted resource.
  • Maintains working knowledge of employment law and pending legislative/regulatory changes affecting the department, workforce, or healthcare industry; makes proactive recommendations to the Director of Talent Management.
  • Utilizes HR shared services and centers of excellence to deliver expertise, resources, and services addressing team member needs in talent acquisition, benefits, leave administration, compensation, workforce development, and employee transactions.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all Human Resources and company information, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Models and promotes ethical behavior consistent with the enterprise’s mission and values.
  • Performs additional duties as needed to support the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (higher degree accepted).
  • 4 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner.
