For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Leader, North America to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape and execute the regional partnership strategy, with a focus on driving growth, revenue, and market expansion across North America. The leader will translate market trends into actionable opportunities, develop innovative partnership models, and help advance future energy-related strategies through high-impact external relationships. This position will work closely with Sales, Business Units, and senior executives across partner organizations to align partnerships with broader business goals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Define and execute North America's partnership strategy aligned with business objectives Develop innovative partnership models, including as-a-service offerings Translate market trends into actionable partnership opportunities Identify and manage strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue Lead the partnership lifecycle from opportunity assessment to performance management Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives across partner organizations Collaborate with Sales and Business Units to integrate partnerships into market strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales leadership, or marketing Strong preference for as-a-service experience and knowledge of alternative business models Familiarity with the energy industry, including power infrastructure, renewables, and data center markets Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies Benefits Remote work flexibility within the US Opportunity to shape future energy strategies through high-impact partnerships Collaboration with regional and global leaders across various business functions Engagement in innovative projects that promote industry advancement Travel opportunities up to 50% for building key partnerships Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
