Requirements
- 8+ years of professional, business, management, or leadership experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with clients, customers, teams, or business stakeholders
- Comfortable having professional conversations by phone and Zoom
- Self-directed with strong time-management skills
- Able to commit approximately 15 hours per week
- Comfortable following established systems and processes
- Willing to take responsibility for your own activity and results
- Comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure
- Not suitable for students or recent graduates
- Computer, reliable internet, and phone access
