About the role
The Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager – Data Centers develops and executes partnership-driven marketing strategies that accelerate growth across Gates’ Data Center business. This role acts as a key partner to Sales, Product, and Strategic Accounts to translate ecosystem dynamics, customer needs, and market insights into impactful co-marketing programs and partnerships across the data center value chain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnership marketing plans aligned to Gates’ Data Center growth strategy.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage key ecosystem partnerships including OEMs, hyperscalers, colocation providers, engineering firms, and system integrators.
- Design and execute co-marketing initiatives such as joint events, campaigns, technical content, and thought leadership with partners.
- Enable Sales and Strategic Account teams with partner-driven marketing tools, messaging, and campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Align ‘push’ (OEM, channel, partners) and ‘pull’ (end users, hyperscalers) marketing motions to create a cohesive go-to-market approach.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to effectively position Gates’ data center assembly and fluid conveyance solutions.
- Own partner marketing performance metrics including lead generation, pipeline impact, and ROI of campaigns and partnerships.
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure high-quality execution and consistent brand messaging.
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to key data center customer segments.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to refine partnership marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, partnership marketing, or business development roles.
- Experience working with partners and executing co-marketing programs in a B2B or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of data center market dynamics and ecosystem players preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate across sales, product, and marketing organizations.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, or thermal management markets.
- Familiarity with fluid systems, assemblies, or industrial manufacturing solutions.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region marketing programs.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing marketing content.

Pay
Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000
Benefits
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options (benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire).
- 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days (all vacation days are accrued).
