Strategic Partner Development Lead, Google Health and Fitbit

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the execution of strategic partnerships, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that drive significant business growth and engaged advantage.
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with key partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment on strategic objectives.
- Negotiate and structure complex partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Oversee the integration and implementation of partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal) to ensure successful launch and ongoing operations.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the consumer electronics, auto, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional partnership initiatives with a significant impact on business outcomes.
- Understanding of the health, AI and wearables landscape, including emerging trends and engaged dynamics.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and building consensus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to and influence executives.
Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $140000 - $204000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
