Strategic Operations Analyst Intern - Summer 2027

National Life Group · Montpelier, VT · 1 mo ago
$19–$28/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about company, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. Content includes: - Intro about company, mission, values. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". Since they said "About the role" as example, we can use that for the introductory description of the role and company. - Position Summary (maybe part of About the role). Could be separate "Position Summary" but not in list of allowed headings. We can incorporate into About the role. - Key Responsibilities: list of duties. Use

    • . - Qualifications: list of qualifications. Use
      • . - AI Proficiency Expectations: maybe part of Qualifications or separate "Skills"? Could be a section "Skills". But we have allowed headings: Skills. Could include AI proficiency expectations and core competencies? Core Competencies also could be Skills. - Core Competencies: list of competencies. Could be Skills. - How You Show Up: maybe also Skills or Qualities. - Full-Time Role Opportunities NB & UW Workflow Analyst Vendor Management Analyst Program Highlights: includes details about internship: 10-Week paid internship June 1, 2027- August 6, 2027, networking opportunities, cross-department group project, presentation skills coaching, learning opportunities, access to mentors. This could be "Benefits" or maybe "Program Highlights". Since we have Benefits heading allowed, we could put program highlights under Benefits. Also Pay: they gave Hourly Pay Range $19 - $28 USD. Also Base Pay Range description. So we can include Pay section with that range. - Schedule: Not explicitly given; they mention full-time role? It says Full-Time Role Opportunities NB & UW Workflow Analyst Vendor Management Analyst. Could infer schedule is full-time, but not explicit. We should not create Schedule unless posting actually states them. It does not explicitly state schedule (like hours per week). It says Full-Time Role Opportunities, but not explicit schedule. Might be considered schedule info? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Full-Time Role Opportunities". That's somewhat schedule. But it's ambiguous. Safer to not include Schedule section unless explicit like "Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm". So we omit Schedule. - Benefits: we have program highlights and also mention of Additional Compensation and Benefits (medical, financial, 401(k), PTO, etc). So we can include Benefits section with those details. - Pay: we have Hourly Pay Range $19 - $28 USD and Base Pay Range description. So include Pay. - About the role: include company intro, mission, values, position summary. - Responsibilities: list. - Qualifications: list. - Skills: could combine AI Proficiency Expectations, Core Competencies, How You Show Up. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine into a single "Skills and Competencies" section using heading Skills (allowed). Provide bullet list. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Strategic Operations Analyst Intern". Good. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The text includes some legal disclaimer at end: "National Life Group® is a trade name..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "Social Media Policy Site Disclosure and Privacy Policy National Life Group 1 National Life Dr Montpelier, VT 05604". That's address maybe could be kept? It's minor metadata; could be folded into a short p or dropped. Probably drop. We need to preserve all substantive information: company intro, mission, values, position summary, responsibilities, qualifications, AI proficiency expectations, core competencies, how you show up, program highlights, pay, benefits. Let's extract substantive bits. Intro paragraph: "Come join one of America’s fastest-growing insurance companies. Throughout that history, we have provided peace of mind to those families as they plan their futures. Our mission extends beyond the insurance and annuities policies that we offer.
