Strategic Intelligence Analyst (Americas)

AlertMedia · Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area · 1 mo ago
ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: description of role, mission, focus, etc. Could be first paragraph(s) describing role. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. - Requirements: maybe experience required. - Qualifications: maybe education? Not explicit. - Skills: maybe specific skills. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: not mentioned explicitly (no salary). So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: shift info: "Shift: Tues-Sat, 9am-5pm CT" and mention flexibility, evenings, overnight, weekends, holidays. So we can include Schedule section. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like region focus, tasks, etc. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. First paragraph: "Do work that matters. At AlertMedia, we're the leading Risk Intelligence and Response company helping organizations protect their people and businesses. Our mission is simple but critical: to save lives and minimize loss by identifying emerging threats worldwide and enabling timely communication when emergencies impact personal safety or business continuity. This role will focus primarily on the Americas region, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. This role will play a critical part in helping customers understand and prepare for events and emerging risks that may impact their people, operations, and business continuity. As a Strategic Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage open-source intelligence, analytical tradecraft, and a variety of intelligence sources to identify, assess, and communicate risks associated with future events, geopolitical developments, evolving global trends, and activist movements. A primary focus of this role will be monitoring and assessing planned and emerging events across the Americas, including demonstrations, protests, labor actions, counter-protests, political rallies, major public gatherings, and other activity that may create operational, travel, safety, or reputational impacts for organizations. Additionally, you will serve as a regional intelligence resource for the Americas, monitoring the region for significant developments; elections and transition periods; political activity; organized crime and cartel-related security trends; border, migration, and transport issues; and emerging trends that may affect customers and their employees. In addition to producing timely intelligence alerts and assessments, you will contribute to recurring intelligence products and reporting, helping customers understand what is happening, why it matters, and what impacts may follow." That's about the role. Then "As one of the fastest growing software companies in the nation, we're focused on finding the best talent and building the best team to continue accelerating our rapid growth to keep up with our demand!" This is more about company; could be part of About the role or separate but we can include in About the role. Then "Who You Are:" bullet list of experience etc. That could be Requirements or Qualifications. Then "What You'll Get to Do Every Day:" list of duties. That's Responsibilities. Then "What You Bring to the Role:" list of qualifications/experience/skills. That could be Requirements and Skills. Then "As a key player on a 24/7 team, this role requires commitment to your agreed-upon shift with flexibility of hours as needed to support the business. This may include evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays from time to time." That's Schedule. Then "Location: This is a remote, U.S.-based position. Please note that we currently do not hire candidates residing in the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future" This is metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. According to instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph for location and sponsorship. Then "Why you’ll love working at AlertMedia:" list of benefits. That's Benefits. Then "About AlertMedia:" description of company; could be part of About the role or separate but we can include maybe as part of About the role? But we already have About the role covering role description; we could add a short paragraph about company but not required. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine company description into About the role or maybe omit if redundant. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop substantive info. However, the "About AlertMedia" is substantive but maybe we can incorporate into About the role section as a paragraph. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we need to decide which sections to include. We have content for: - About the role: role description, mission, focus, etc. Also company description maybe. - Responsibilities: list of daily tasks. - Requirements: experience needed (3-5 years, etc.) plus maybe education? Not given. - Qualifications: maybe not separate; we could treat "What You Bring to the Role:" as Requirements (experience) and Skills (specific skills). Could split. - Skills: specific skills like OSINT, Spanish proficiency, etc. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Schedule: shift details. - Pay: none -> omit. We need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section maybe "Requirements". But we have both experience and skills; maybe better to have Requirements (experience) and Skills (specific skills). That's two sections. We also need to include Benefits. We also need to include Schedule. We need to include About the role. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract precise content. **About the role** (prose): combine initial paragraphs up to "As one of the fastest growing software companies..." plus maybe the "About AlertMedia" paragraph? But we could keep About AlertMedia separate? However, we already have About the role; we could add a short paragraph about company after role description. That's still About the role. Let's craft:
