Key Responsibilities
- Providing analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data
- Providing analytical support for multiple projects simultaneously, establishing timelines, and coordinating with internal and external resources
- BUILDING POSITIVE, LONG LASTING, RAPPORT WITH DEFINED SET OF STRATEGIC CLIENTS
- Participating in strategic client conference calls related to open case reports, training needs, complex account customizations and/or escalated issues
- Developing, preparing and analyzing reports for management review, and presenting to various levels of management
- Providing industry or company knowledge and expertise as appropriate
- IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT AS IT RELATES TO EXCEEDING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AND PROGRAM ENHANCEMENTS, CONSULTING WITH THE PHARMACORD LEADERSHIP TEAM AS NEEDED
- WORKING CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY TO ACHIEVE LONG TERM SOLUTIONS TO STRATEGIC CLIENT AND ISSUES OR REQUESTS
- Occasional travel onsite to visit assigned strategic clients and partners
- Utilize Valeris’ values as the driving force behind the team’s success
- On time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures
- Ensure all SOPs are followed with consistency
- Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned
Qualifications

- Have a 4-year bachelor’s degree is required
- Have some SQL experience
- Are technically savvy with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Have experience working in healthcare, whether it be medical billing, coding, administration, etc. is preferred
- Have experience building and managing relationships, including interacting with all levels of management (both internally and client-facing)
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
- The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy
- Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred
- This job operates in a professional office environment
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
