Strategic Insights Analyst
About the role
Nakupuna Solutions seeks a Strategic Insights Analyst to support the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD). The position translates complex programmatic, technical, operational, and stakeholder information into clear strategic communications and data-driven visual products for leadership. The role integrates strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and visualization to strengthen decision-making, situational awareness, and alignment around U.S. global health priorities. The Analyst will work across GHSD offices and with external partners to gather requirements, synthesize information, and produce concise, executive-ready communications and visual decision-support products within established data and reporting environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic communication and stakeholder engagement plans aligned with Bureau priorities, including target audiences, key messages, communication channels, and engagement approaches.
- Prepare executive-ready briefs, talking points, presentations, summaries, and other materials for senior leadership, interagency meetings, and high-visibility engagements.
