Your contributions will be essential as you work to understand the key challenges and opportunities involved in achieving these movements' goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to establish goals and objectives for more complex strategic projects.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes, with attention to scalability and sustainability over time.
• Support current and forthcoming strategic initiative projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand and document key issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Strategic Initiatives Consultant.

Requirements

• You’re passionate about praying for Bible translation work and seeing lives around the world transformed by God’s Word.
• Have 2+ years in professional development or organizational capacity building.
• Have 2+ years leading and managing strategic projects.
• Demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).

Qualifications

• Have cross-cultural or global partnership experience (a bonus).

Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
