Strategic Implementation Manager

For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. This role offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation process for 2-3 strategic enterprise accounts
• Collaborate daily with senior customer stakeholders including VPs of Total Rewards
• Run and interpret pay equity analyses to guide customer strategy
• Lead complex migrations and implementations of various company products
• Deliver value realization storytelling to showcase customer milestones and ROI
• Serve as a prototype for the company’s high-touch expert model in customer engagement
• Partner with internal teams to relay customer feedback and develop scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in pay equity, compensation, or total rewards
• Significant experience managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations
• Strong project management and planning abilities for high-stakes engagements
• Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed organizations
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level contacts
• Prior people-leadership experience is a plus, with a focus on individual contribution
• Passion for closing pay and opportunity gaps

Pay

$130,000 – $145,000 annually
