What You Will Do
- Lead workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service organization
- Lead a team in the development of strategic human capital plans to foster workforce transformation efforts including revised hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development processes
- Lead teams in the development of strategic human capital plans and accompanying implementation plans
- Lead and direct teams in stakeholder analyses, including segmenting and developing stakeholder personas and journey maps
- Lead and direct teams in the analysis of human capital related data and gleaning critical insights
- Develop metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of strategic human capital and growth plans
- Prepare for and lead internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefings
- Provide direction and technical assistance to a team of at least 5 in the areas of problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex solutions
- Manage multiple concurrent assignments while directing the work of a team and ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products
- Prepare a wide range of briefing materials and concise summaries of assessments, evaluations, and plans to communicate program status and progress to senior leaders
What You Will Need
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree and at least SEVEN (7) or more years' of relevant experience leading strategic human capital transformation and implementation solutions and directing the work of a team, including FIVE (5) or more years of management consulting experience
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
- Experience consulting for the DHS
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships
- Experience working in DHS
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00–$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
