Strategic High Temperature Composite Material Capacity (CMC) Expansion

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the capacity of strategic high temperature composite material production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing CMC and C/C production capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new materials into missile systems.
• Conduct research and development on advanced composite materials to meet evolving missile performance needs.

Requirements

• PhD in Materials Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in developing and managing high-temperature composite materials projects.
• Experience working with CMC and C/C materials.
• Strong understanding of composite manufacturing processes and materials science principles.
