Strategic Growth Partner
About the Role
The Strategic Growth Partner serves as the embedded, day-to-day strategic advisor and operational leader for one of our most important enterprise partners. This role sits with the partner, acting as the bridge between their business objectives and our company’s capabilities. The Strategic Growth Partner is accountable for driving growth, strengthening the relationship, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution of all initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute a joint growth strategy that aligns Partner priorities with our solutions and long-term roadmap.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across business units, product lines, and emerging needs.
- Lead monthly business reviews with data-driven insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations (Three onsite Leadership QBRs, and bi-monthly business performance reviews).
- Monitor competitive and industry trends to proactively position new solutions.
- Participate in the Clients’ feedback forums (e.g., Facebook, Confluence).
- Be involved in the Client’s (Rent Manager) User Group.
- Partnership & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary onsite liaison between the partner’s leadership and internal teams.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executives, stakeholders, and operational leads.
- Translate client needs into actionable plans for internal product, operations, and delivery teams.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Participate in Product Council meetings providing guidance on potential new product features and enhancements, driving design and being a “voice of the Client/Customer”.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee execution of all partner’s initiatives to ensure timelines, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
- Bi-weekly reporting/meeting on the progress of each initiative.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, analytics, engineering, and support.
- Track and report performance metrics tied to growth, efficiency, and client outcomes.
- Hold the Client Success Management team accountable for sharing go-forward solutions.
- Financial & Commercial Ownership
- Own revenue growth targets for the partner account.
- Support contract renewals and expansions through data-backed business cases.
- Forecast revenue and pipeline in partnership with sales and finance teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in strategic account management or business consulting with enterprise clients.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience driving growth within large, complex organizations.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
- Proven success in cross-functional leadership.
- Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced client environment.
