Strategic Finance Senior Lead

About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive topline growth forecasting for international expansion efforts and communicate forecast assumptions to leadership
• Own and communicate the financial narrative of growth performance to senior executives
• Identify and evaluate the strongest growth opportunities, advising leadership on strategic investment trade-offs
• Develop growth performance management tools and frameworks for real-time visibility into key metrics
• Proactively assess and highlight systemic opportunities and risks ahead of quarterly reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and manage execution plans against growth goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years work in strategic finance, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting
• Ability to build financial frameworks from scratch and create impactful reporting
• Skill in synthesizing multiple data sources to identify consolidated growth opportunities
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating unit economics and making strategic decisions
• Experience with AI tools to enhance analytical processes and report generation
• Effective communication skills for storytelling and influencing executives and teams
• Proven record as a cross-functional collaborator with strong organization and deadline management across multiple projects

Pay

$237,000 – $325,500 annually
