Strategic Finance Manager, capex

The Opportunity

Flock Safety is seeking a Manager on the finance team who will support the supply chain and operations functions. The role will sit at an exciting intersection between the teams that build, sell, and implement our hardware products and will drive all modeling & data analysis to support decision making across our capex spend.

The Skillset

• 3-6 years Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related business field
• An expert in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, who enjoys solving complex and unstructured problems
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Solid project management skills, ability to independently manage tasks on time
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, high-growth business environment
• Work effectively and collaboratively cross functionally with your business partners
• High proficiency in Google Sheets with ability to compile, transform, analyze, and present complex data sets
• Proficiency in a data tools (Sigma) and a FP&A tools (Pigment)
• Knowledge of hardware products or experience at a hardware company a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Salary & Equity

Starting salary between $119,000 and $140,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
