Strategic Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Ivo’s operating model and forecasting process end-to-end, including partnering with functional leads to support annual and quarterly planning processes
• Help drive and surface key reporting metrics across the company to inform business decisions
• Build unit economics by segment, vertical, and motion to inform pricing, packaging, and where we lean in
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects where finance horsepower makes a difference e.g., pricing strategy, market sizing, geographic expansion
• Build operational processes to support a nascent but highly levered finance team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience across buy-side investing, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance (e.g., strategic finance, corporate development)
• Software or Business Services experience
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to understand and present the big picture
• Effective communication skills and ability to present to high-level audiences (e.g., leadership team, Board of Directors)
• Strong grasp of software metrics and financial modeling
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders (e.g., Sales & Marketing, Customer Success)

Pay

Competitive compensation: $170,000 - $210,000, plus meaningful equity

Schedule

We require employees to work with us in-person 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.
