Strategic Finance, Founder's Office

About the role

Work directly with Laminar’s founders to connect financial insight with the decisions that shape the company. You’ll own the operating model, help determine where capital goes, and play a central role in the next fundraise, while getting directly involved in building new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build the financial model connecting sales, deployment capacity, engineering investment, and cash requirements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and management reporting
• Understand account and deployment economics, and evaluate investments in new markets and capabilities
• Drive fundraising preparation and execution alongside the founders, including the narrative, data room, and diligence
• Take selected strategic initiatives from business case through launch
• Shape capital allocation and build toward broader finance or operating leadership

Requirements

• Experience in strategic finance, investment banking, investing, or startup operations
• You can build a rigorous model, explain what it means, and use it to make decisions
• You want responsibility for what happens after the analysis
