Strategic Finance and Pricing Lead

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development
• Perform strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions
• Collaborate with leaders to develop a vision for efficient scaling and profitability
• Support business stakeholders in making financially sound decisions
• Identify and manage ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in banking, PE, VC, or Ops/Strategy/Strategic Finance at a startup
• Expertise in Excel and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools
• Ability to present complex issues clearly through presentations and dashboards
• Strong understanding of financial statements and experience building financial models from scratch
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts
• Self-starter capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance
• Humble, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Passion for building and improving operational processes
• Experience in SaaS or digital healthcare and pricing/package experience are advantageous

Pay

$152,300 – $179,200 annually
