Strategic Finance Analyst Sr

About the role

Cambia is seeking a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst to join our hybrid team (3 days/week in office). This role is based in Portland, Medford, Fargo, Burlington, Vancouver, Spokane, Renton, Boise, Lewiston, or Salt Lake City. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the office location.

Responsibilities

• Builds budgets, forecasts, and conducts variance analysis and reporting
• Prepares financial analysis and support such as cost-benefit, return on investment, and capital resource analysis for new business opportunities, proposals, contracts, or product development
• Serves as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial guidance and support
• Supports cost savings and process improvement efforts
• Provides financial governance and oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or ASA certification, along with health insurance experience preferred
• 7-9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay

The expected hiring range for this position is $101,200.00 – $136,900.00, with a full salary range of $95,000.00 – $155,000.00 and a bonus target of 15%.

This role is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days/week in the office.
