Position Summary Our Strategic Engagement Team at Cerity Partners supports engagement across all service lines through business development and marketing efforts. The Relationship Managers primarily support our Workplace Solutions business through the prospecting, sale, implementation, and servicing of companies looking to provide financial planning benefit to their employees. The Relationship Manager develops and oversees the optimization and evolution of our corporate programs. They work alongside cross-functional teams to design strategic tactics that drive growth. Primary Responsibilities Manages Workplace Solutions corporate financial programs; responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for supporting the strategic growth of our corporate programs through existing and new businessLeads and manages project initiatives: building project plans, managing project milestones, and seeing them through to completionResponsible for collaborating on growth strategies within each relationship for both B2B and B2C growth.Coordinates with cross-functional teams (i.e Marketing, Advisor Teams, Compliance, etc.) to execute project milestonesCurates Workplace Solutions external collateral (i.e. email drip campaigns, newsletters, flyers, invites, presentations) in concert with Advisor and Marketing teamsAssists advisors with the creation of benefits education, video scripts, presentation talk tracks, etc.Prepares agendas for and facilitates all Workplace Solutions program recurring meetings (both internal and external)Leads recurring meetings with advisor teams to provide updates and ideas to grow programsAttends all internal and external meetings for the relationships they are responsible forTracks and reviews program metrics to identify trends and potential gaps to evolve program efficacyManage relationships with corporate partners; responsibilities include but are not limited to:Facilitate regular communication with our HR partnersDevelop and present quarterly data detailing engagement, trends, and KPIsPresent solutions and strategies to evolve our programs to better meet the needs of the organization and their people. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in business, project management, marketing/communications, or related field preferred7+ years’ experience in account management, sales, or marketing Preferred Qualifications PMP certification Skills And Competencies Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with an ability to cultivate and manage client relationships, and work effectively with othersAbility to create, compose, and edit written materialsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and networking skills, with an ability to cultivate, and manage client relationshipsPossesses strong computer skills: Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel), CRM systems, and intranetSalesforce, Asana, and Canva experienceHigh level of integrity in dealing with confidential client and prospect informationWillingness to travel (estimated 5% of time) and work a flexible schedule (some evening events required)Has a positive attitude, is collaborative, takes initiative/responsibility for projects, and has a desire to coach others Compensation Range $90,000 - $110,000 Why Cerity Partners Our people drive our success by working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
