About the role
Raspberry AI is a generative AI design platform for fashion brands and retailers. We help streamline workflows and accelerate product development for some of the world's top fashion brands. This role is hybrid (1 day/week in office) in Brooklyn, NY.

What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Drive AI adoption in complex organizations
- Lead executive business reviews
- Identify and close expansion opportunities
- Monitor account health and resolve churn risks
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Represent Raspberry at customer sites and events
Must-haves
- 5–8+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or a related enterprise-facing role
- Experience growing and retaining $1B+ retailer or global consumer brand accounts
- Proven experience driving AI or enterprise software adoption in complex organizations
- Strong commercial instincts and executive-level communication skills
Bonus points
- Background in fashion, apparel, luxury, or creative/design industry
- Experience with generative AI tools, creative technology platforms, or AI workflow enablement
- Familiarity with PLM, DAM, or retail tech ecosystems
- Experience with global brand portfolios or multi-brand holding companies
