About the role

At Collectly Inc., we are seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for customers.
  • Identify and address customer needs proactively to prevent churn and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Manage customer relationships and escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions and analyze data to inform product improvements and service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience in managing customer success initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer success or similar roles.
