About the role
This role is 100% on-site M-F, and you must live within an easily commutable distance from the intersection of I-35 / 45 in North Austin / Round Rock.
Responsibilities
- Taking the clients' different service offerings to market
- Upselling and maximizing existing customers
- Breaking into new revenue streams
- Building strong commercial service activity
- Generating new opportunities
- Selling maintenance/service agreements
- Growing local accounts
- Owning larger, more complex relationships
- Calling on hospital systems, industrial facilities, major property groups, mission-critical environments, and multi-site accounts
- Building account strategy rather than only chasing individual opportunities
Requirements
- A good understanding of Commercial HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Industrial, and Mission-Critical Facility Service
- Stronger technical credibility, executive presence, longer-cycle sales discipline
Qualifications
- Customer-focused and comfortable managing longer sales cycles
- Prospector and closer at heart
- 7-12 years in commercial HVAC, mechanical, building systems, or facility services sales (Open to the right person with less experience)

Benefits
