Strategic Client Partner – Premium Audit
About the role
Insurity is seeking a Premium Audit Leader to own premium audit outcomes end-to-end, including audit coverage, processing timelines, and premium accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience working within operational constraints and a clear point of view on how audit operations should run.
Responsibilities
- Create credible demand in priority accounts by establishing technical and business credibility with senior customer stakeholders, reframing problems, validating high-value use cases, and generating demand for the product.
- Partner to construct deal strategy for priority opportunities, shaping customer-specific value narratives, collaborating to break into priority accounts, and advancing complex or stalled deals.
- Collaborate to ensure no lead or deal leakage, maintaining accountability from first engagement through booking, driving disciplined follow-through, and preventing drop-off.
- Identify where premium is being missed, such as where policies go unaudited, payroll is underreported, classifications remain uncorrected, and audits sit too long to be billed.
- Challenge how the audit department is operating, addressing manual reviewer bottlenecks, limited audit coverage, aging audits, and processing backlogs.
- Illustrate what it takes to audit every auditable policy within a book of business, providing a clear point of view on full audit coverage requirements.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment to roadmap, positioning, and real customer needs.
Requirements
You must have hands-on knowledge of premium audit tools, worked within operational constraints, identified where premium is lost, and have a clear point of view on how audit operations should run.
Qualifications
- Experience owning premium audit outcomes end-to-end, including audit coverage, processing timelines, and premium accuracy.
- Worked within operational constraints, such as limited staffing, manual review requirements, and backlogs.

- Have a clear point of view on how audit operations should run, including moving from partial to full coverage, reducing manual dependency, and capturing premium faster.
- Engage where your experience directly impacts how carriers capture premium, run audit operations, and drive financial performance.
