Strategic Business Manager- Office of the CEO

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated business models and forecasts for strategic decisions
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and business cases
• Develop quantifiable business cases for new offerings and investments
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Go-To-Market leaders on portfolio decisions
• Define and track KPIs linking strategy to performance
• Synthesize data into actionable insights for the executive team
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for senior leadership

Qualifications

• MBA (or equivalent) plus 5+ years in business strategy or similar analytical role
• Expertise in business and financial modeling and scenario analyses
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI for modeling and analytics
• Background in technology businesses, particularly SaaS and services
• Strong skills in business-case development and evidence-based recommendations
• Able to communicate complex analyses to senior executives
• Passion for healthcare and the role of data and analytics in improvement

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
