We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - Intro paragraph about Halvik Corp and role description: could be "About the role". Should we include that? Yes. - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities under "Key Responsibilities". Those are bullet points. So we need a Responsibilities section with
  • . - Required Qualifications: includes bullet list of qualifications. That could be "Qualifications" or "Requirements". The posting says "Required Qualifications". We'll map to "Qualifications" heading. Could also have "Requirements". But we need to avoid thin sections. We'll put qualifications under "Qualifications". Also maybe "Skills" could be derived from required qualifications (executive communication etc). But we can include a Skills section if there is explicit skill list. The posting includes "Strong executive communication, facilitation, briefing, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills." That's a skill list. Could be separate Skills section. However we might combine into Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine qualifications and skills into one "Qualifications" section. But we also have separate "Required Qualifications" heading; we can treat that as Qualifications. The skills are part of that. - Benefits: there is a paragraph: "Halvik Offers a Competitive Full Benefits Package Including Company-supported medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insurance Benefits include 11 federal holidays and PTO Eligible employees may receive performance-based incentives in recognition of individual and/or team achievements. 401(k) with company matching Flexible Spending Accounts for commuter, medical, and dependent care expenses Tuition Assistance Charitable Contribution matching". That's substantive benefits. So we need Benefits section. - Pay: The posting mentions "Halvik's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary." That's vague, not specific numbers. According to instruction: do NOT create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states a pay range but says it's a general guideline only and not a guarantee. Is that considered stating them? It mentions pay range but no actual numbers. It says "Halvik's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary." That's not a specific range; it's a disclaimer. Likely we should NOT include Pay section because no actual numbers. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Since they didn't give actual numbers, we should omit Pay. - Schedule: not mentioned. Omit. - About the role: we have introductory paragraph. Could also include mission statement. We'll put that. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep all details. We need to format About the role as

prose (maybe multiple paragraphs). The intro includes two paragraphs: first about Halvik Corp, second about role. We'll combine into one

maybe with line breaks? Better to keep as separate

    elements? The instruction: use

    for prose. Could have multiple

elements. We'll output each paragraph as

. Responsibilities: list items under Key Responsibilities. Need to capture each bullet. The bullet points are: - Strategic Planning & Executive Policy Support - Partner with executive leadership to develop, communicate, and execute SEWP's strategic vision, objectives, priorities, and annual milestones. - Stay abreast of federal acquisition policy, regulations, guidance, and government-wide acquisition initiatives; analyze and communicate how changes may impact SEWP's strategy, operations, customers, Contract Holders, and future direction. - Personnel & Organizational Leadership - Provide leadership and day-to-day management of assigned personnel, including establishing priorities, assigning work, monitoring performance, and ensuring successful completion of team objectives. - Mentor and develop staff, promote cross-functional knowledge sharing, and identify opportunities to strengthen employee skills and organizational capabilities. - Program, Product & Innovation Management - Provide senior-level oversight and coordination of strategic projects, product initiatives, and program-wide improvement efforts. - Work with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Department Heads, and operational stakeholders to define the future vision for SEWP products and services. - Customer Experience & Emerging Technology - Identify opportunities to modernize SEWP's products, tools, processes, services, and customer interactions leveraging emerging technology. - Including but not limited to: practical applications of artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies. - Federal & Industry Engagement - Maintain awareness of the broader federal IT, acquisition, cybersecurity, and technology landscape and assess its potential impact on SEWP. - Develop and leverage relationships across the federal government and industry to increase awareness of emerging requirements, initiatives, technologies, challenges, and market developments. - Participate in working groups, conferences, industry engagements, and other forums to gather intelligence relevant to SEWP's strategic direction. We need to preserve all. We'll output as

    • each bullet. Could also keep sub-bullets? The instruction: use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can just list each line as
      • . We'll keep the heading as part of li text. Qualifications: list includes: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Management, Acquisition, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. - 12–15+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting federal programs, IT organizations, acquisition organizations, or complex technology environments. - Demonstrated experience leading and managing professional personnel and multidisciplinary teams. - Demonstrated experience advising senior and executive-level leadership. - Significant experience in strategic planning, program/project management, product management, organizational strategy, or enterprise transformation. - Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition and IT procurement environment, including the ability to evaluate acquisition policy changes and their potential operational and strategic impacts. - Demonstrated ability to translate organizational strategy into executable initiatives, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes. - Strong executive communication, facilitation, briefing, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. - The SME must be capable of moving seamlessly between executive-level strategy and operational execution, leading personnel and initiatives while maintaining awareness of changes in federal acquisition policy, technology, customer expectations, and industry trends that may affect SEWP's mission and long-term direction.
