Responsibilities
- Build and enhance broker awareness of the company’s offerings
- Manage a portfolio of national broker relationships
- Serve as a primary contact for regional retail and wholesale brokers
- Act as a liaison to underwriting product teams
- Facilitate regional pipelining discussions for global brokers
- Develop databases of regional broker contacts in collaboration with analytics team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years in Commercial and Specialty Insurance
- Deep relationships with national and regional brokers
- Experience in relationship management and business development
- Proficiency in data and analytics for decision-making
