Strategic Analytics & Transformation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Analytics & Transformation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will sit at the intersection of finance, sales operations, and business intelligence, helping shape data-driven decisions that support revenue growth and operational performance. The ideal candidate will turn complex data into executive-level insights, build robust forecasting and modeling frameworks, and partner cross-functionally to improve business processes. In addition to supporting performance management, this person will help identify automation opportunities and leverage AI-enabled workflows to strengthen reporting and operational efficiency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,000 – $185,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and enhance financial and operational models to support revenue growth Analyze sales performance trends and prepare executive-ready reports Perform scenario modeling and investment analysis for strategic initiatives Design and maintain KPI scorecards and dashboards for performance tracking Identify operational efficiencies through automation and process improvement Track and measure campaign effectiveness and ROI Apply AI technologies to enhance reporting and operational workflows Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Financial Analysis, or Business Intelligence Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Familiarity with analytics and CRM platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or Dynamics Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and KPI management Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Benefits Medical, vision, and dental insurance 401K plan with company match Flexible spending accounts Opportunities for professional development and training Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
